We were designed to move as hunter-gatherers, but are now largely sedentary creatures when we consider what our DNA was designed for. In today’s modern age, we need to compensate for the way we locomote, get and make our food, communicate, and so on. This class is designed to help you restore the body you were designed to have. We need a strong foundation on which to build strength and mobility – it’s time to reclaim your body.
In these classes, I offer excellent teacher-to-student ratios to guarantee highly specialized individual instruction and cuing. It’s necessary that this work is done correctly; far too often people don’t even realize that they’re not moving correctly until they are individually cued into a correction. Each body is unique and requires correction that optimally resonates with each student in the class.
Class content is based on research by leading international researchers in the field of rehabilitative medicine.
